At The Meadow we want to make sure your special day is truly custom to you. We will provide you with full access to our venue.
Our BH Event Center can serve as your dinner and dancing area and you will have your choice of ceremony sites.
In addition to these packages, we can create options based on your wants and needs.

-Use of outdoor pavilion and indoor area -Outdoor ceremony site(s)
-Tables and chairs -Any available decorations
-Bridal Dressing Suite and Grooms Quarters -Large outdoor area for games and fun!
-Photo Booth -Ample Parking
-Bar Cooler/Refrigerator/Microwave/Coffee Pot -Firepit (Propane or Wood) - Based on Management Discretion
Package 1 - $1600 - 16 Hour Rental
(8AM- Midnight - one day rental only)
Cleaning Fee will be added - $150.00
Package 2 - $2400 - 24 Hour Rental
(Example - 10AM Saturday - 10AM Sunday)
Any Additional Hours - $150 per hour

Shower House Rental $175 day
Walk-In Cooler Rental $150/day
Ice Freezer $100/day
Additional hours - $150/hour
Cabins/RV Spots/Camping available at seasonal rates
Cleaning services, set up/take down negotiable ( Other details available in contract)
